Mustard Privacy Policy

Mustard (머스타드), operated by 10X BLITZ, helps you build prayer habits, use Scripture alarms and manage distracting apps. This policy covers the Mustard mobile app and its membership website.

Information we process

• Account and profile: account identifiers, your sign-in email and name, and profile information you choose to provide. Optional onboarding and prayer preferences can include age group, gender, habits, goals and religious reflections.
• Your content: prayer and journal entries, prayer history, saved journeys, devotional responses and alarm history. These support your account, history and personalized features.
• Membership: subscription status, product and transaction references, purchase history and verified checkout email. Apple, Google or Stripe processes the payment. We do not store your full payment card number.
• Usage and diagnostics: app interactions, feature visits, device/app identifiers, device and OS information, approximate country/region inferred from IP address, and errors or diagnostics. Approximate region does not require precise GPS location.
• Blocking: installed-app access and blocking selections are used on your device to provide blocking. We do not send the installed-app inventory or native blocking selections to advertising or analytics services.

Web onboarding selections, including morning routines and Bible preferences, are saved in private Netlify storage with a random browser-session reference. We use these selections to report answer choices and compare them with Stripe-confirmed payments. Checkout-time selections are preserved for this comparison. Access to these reports requires authorized project access. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences disable this collection.

Services and purposes

Supabase supports authentication and app data. Resend delivers verification emails through our verified sender domain, using its Tokyo sending region. Google Firebase provides notifications, configuration and usage analytics. Superwall supports native subscription offers, purchase verification and subscription analytics. Meta App Events and configured subscription events help measure advertising performance; device identifiers, app interactions and purchase events may be shared for that purpose.

Microsoft Clarity provides masked session replays, layouts, taps, scrolling and diagnostics. Text and images in the Flutter recording surface are masked before upload. The public alarm and blocking web funnels also use Clarity with strict text masking and locally masked page content. Payment, activation and account-recovery pages are excluded from web recording; Clarity cookies are disabled. Fixed cancellation-offer events record display, purchase-button taps and error categories without answers, emails, checkout references or error-message contents. We do not supply Clarity with your account ID. We do not send prayer/journal text or onboarding answers as Firebase, Meta or Clarity analytics event properties.

If you use an AI prayer, devotional-plan or Bible-chat feature, the content needed for that request is processed by our backend and the configured OpenRouter/model provider. We use this information to deliver the feature you requested.

We use information to run the app, authenticate accounts, personalize requested content, verify and recover membership, prevent abuse, improve reliability and measure feature and advertising performance. Providers may process information outside your country. See their policies: Supabase, Resend, Firebase, Superwall, Meta, Microsoft, Stripe and OpenRouter.

Security and retention

App and provider connections use encryption in transit. Account data is protected by authenticated access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security. Account, profile and associated prayer/journal data are retained while needed to provide your account and are removed when account deletion completes. No additional retention period is applied to those deleted account records. Payment providers retain their own transaction records under their policies. Device-based analytics are handled under each provider’s retention settings and may remain until their normal deletion; they are not supplied with your prayer or journal text.

Your choices and deletion

Use Settings → Delete Account in the latest app, or follow our account and data deletion instructions without installing the app. You can also request deletion of selected data without deleting your whole account. We verify ownership before handling an email request. Account deletion does not cancel subscriptions; manage billing first. Recreating an account does not merge deleted history. Contact support if you need help with a web membership after account deletion.

10X BLITZ가 운영하는 머스타드(Mustard)는 기도 습관, 말씀 알람, 앱 차단 기능을 제공합니다. 이 방침은 머스타드 앱과 멤버십 웹사이트에 적용됩니다.

처리하는 정보

• 계정·프로필: 계정 식별자, 로그인 이메일과 이름, 사용자가 제공한 프로필 정보를 처리합니다. 선택한 온보딩·기도 선호에는 연령대, 성별, 습관, 목표, 신앙에 관한 응답이 포함될 수 있습니다.
• 사용자 콘텐츠: 기도·일기 내용과 기록, 여정, 묵상 응답 및 알람 기록을 계정 기록과 개인화 기능에 사용합니다.
• 멤버십: 구독 상태, 상품·거래 참조, 구매 기록, 확인된 결제 이메일을 처리합니다. 결제는 Apple, Google 또는 Stripe가 처리하며 전체 카드 번호를 저장하지 않습니다.
• 사용·진단 정보: 앱 상호작용, 기능 방문, 기기·앱 식별자, 기기·운영체제 정보, IP에서 추정한 국가·지역, 오류·진단 정보를 처리합니다. 정밀 GPS 위치를 요구하지 않습니다.
• 앱 차단: 설치 앱 접근과 차단 선택은 기기에서 차단 기능을 제공하는 데 사용합니다. 설치 앱 목록이나 네이티브 차단 선택을 광고·분석 서비스에 전송하지 않습니다.

웹 온보딩에서 선택한 아침 습관·성경 선호 등의 답변은 임의의 브라우저 세션 참조와 함께 Netlify의 비공개 저장소에 저장됩니다. 답변별 선택 경향과 Stripe에서 확인된 결제 전환을 분석하며, 결제 시점의 답변을 보존해 비교합니다. 보고서는 권한이 있는 프로젝트 운영자만 조회할 수 있습니다. 브라우저의 추적 금지(DNT) 또는 Global Privacy Control이 켜져 있으면 이 답변 수집을 중단합니다.

서비스 제공업체와 이용 목적

Supabase는 인증과 앱 데이터를, Resend는 도쿄 발송 리전에서 인증 이메일을 처리합니다. Google Firebase는 알림·설정·사용 분석을, Superwall은 네이티브 구독 제안·확인·분석을 제공합니다. Meta App Events와 설정된 구독 이벤트는 광고 성과 측정에 사용되며, 이 목적으로 기기 식별자·앱 상호작용·구매 이벤트가 공유될 수 있습니다.

Microsoft Clarity는 마스킹된 세션 재생, 화면 구성, 탭·스크롤·진단 정보를 분석합니다. Flutter 기록 화면의 텍스트와 이미지는 업로드 전에 마스킹합니다. 공개 말씀 알람·앱 차단 웹 온보딩에도 엄격한 텍스트 마스킹과 페이지 마스킹을 적용하며, 결제·활성화·계정 복구 페이지는 웹 기록에서 제외하고 Clarity 쿠키는 사용하지 않습니다. 취소 특별 혜택의 표시·결제 버튼 탭·오류 유형은 고정 이벤트로만 기록하며 답변·이메일·결제 참조·오류 메시지 내용은 이벤트에 포함하지 않습니다. 또한 Clarity에 계정 ID를 제공하지 않습니다. 기도·일기 내용과 온보딩 답변을 Firebase·Meta·Clarity 분석 이벤트 속성으로 전송하지 않습니다.

AI 기도·묵상 계획·성경 대화 기능을 이용하면 요청 수행에 필요한 내용이 백엔드와 설정된 OpenRouter·모델 제공업체에서 처리됩니다. 정보는 서비스 제공, 계정 인증, 요청한 개인화, 멤버십 확인·복구, 부정 이용 방지, 안정성 개선, 기능·광고 성과 측정에 사용됩니다. 제공업체는 다른 국가에서 정보를 처리할 수 있으며 위 영문 절의 제공업체 개인정보 방침 링크에서 자세히 확인할 수 있습니다.

보안과 보관

앱과 제공업체 연결은 전송 중 암호화를 사용하며 계정 데이터에는 인증된 접근 통제가 적용됩니다. 절대적인 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다. 계정·프로필·관련 기도·일기 데이터는 서비스 제공에 필요한 동안 보관하고 계정 삭제 완료 시 삭제하며, 삭제된 해당 계정 기록에는 별도의 추가 보관 기간을 적용하지 않습니다. 결제 제공업체는 자체 정책에 따라 거래 기록을 보관합니다. 기기 기반 분석 정보는 각 제공업체의 보관 설정에 따라 정리되기까지 남을 수 있으며, 기도·일기 텍스트는 제공되지 않습니다.

선택권과 삭제

최신 앱에서 설정 → 계정 삭제를 이용하거나 앱 설치 없이 계정·데이터 삭제 안내에 따라 요청할 수 있습니다. 전체 계정 대신 일부 데이터의 삭제도 요청할 수 있습니다. 이메일 요청은 소유권 확인 후 처리합니다. 계정을 삭제해도 구독은 취소되지 않으므로 먼저 구독을 관리해 주세요. 새 계정을 만들어도 삭제한 기록은 병합되지 않습니다. 계정 삭제 후 웹 멤버십에 도움이 필요하면 고객지원에 문의해 주세요.
